 Dairy commodities selling network:
Observing the policy of the county government, we have switched to recreation, parent-kid education and tourism, and have been on the way to axe the number of dairy cattle. Presently the fresh milk amounts to 300 liters each day. From the academic year of 2012, we have stopped providing fresh milk for pupils of middle schools and primary schools in Kinmen. Instead, we are now engaged in icy product processing, such as milk popsicles and ice creams, and use the remaining milk to produce milk (one-liter container for each). The product has passed the safety test by Food Industry Research and Development Institute, as the components and standards are all in accordance with Food Hygiene Act. The product is sold in four agencies, including Kincheng Supermarket of Kinmen Fishermen’s Association, Kinhu Supermarket of Kinmen Fishermen’s Association, Kinsha Mall and Crystal Purple Restaurant at the ground floor of the administration building of the Institute. We would most welcome patrons, local or from other cities, to come to visit the above shops. Each is at NTD 65 for a retailer price.

Delivering oats seeds:
The Institute delivers oats seeds among local husbandry farmers for free, so they may feed the herbivores with seeds in winter.

Livestock commodities services:
We have deer antlers (for Sambar, NTD 900 for each 37.5 grams; for Formosan sika deer, NTD 800 for each37.5 grams).

Technology consulting services:
We provide consultation services all year round, so husbandry farmers may benefit from our guidance and advice.
